Our photographers are sports people - period. We know the great
shots, the popular shots, the memorable shots and we do
everything to capture them and preserve them for you and your
athletes everytime.

How We Do It!!
1. In the weeks leading up to Sports Picture Day, we send out order forms as well as package prices and
information. As a part of our company's Green Initiative, we also encourage parents to utilize our Online
Picture Day Registration form to order and pay for photo packages.
2. We provide the school with reminder flyers and suggestions for a great picture day to be distributed to
parents 2-3 days before Sports Picture Day. We also have the options of sending out reminder
emails in an effort to cut down on paper waste.
3. On Picture Day, we are ready to go when you say. The efforts are miminal on the part of the school and
we will talk to each team to uncover their needs, pick out the best location for the teams to get their best
shots, skillfully pose the athletes and clean up after the process.
4. We deliver portraits packages to school on time and provide school administrators with Package Order
Verification to aid in the reconciliation process and fundraising efforts.
