   There are 2 types of fundraisers that have become increasingly popular with our clients.

Picture Fundraiser
As a part of the traditional "Picture Day", Great Shot will donate 25% per package order back to the
school/organization.

Specialty Family Fundraiser
This is a more formal yet flexible fundraiser and a great option for schools, churches, sports teams and
PTAs to raise additional funds. Here's how it works:

1. A date or dates to hold the fundraising event are selected. Sometimes the date coincides with other
events held by the organization or, perhaps, a holiday. Any convenient date can be selected, however.
To promote the event, we provide you with informational material and displays to give to
members/parents. Getting maximum parent and supporter participation is essential to the programs
success.

2. Prior to the event, photo certificates are made available for sale to parents/suppoprters for a nominal
cost to be determined by you. Each certificate entitles the bearer to a professional portrait sitting and an
8x10 color or black & white portrait . A volunteer or volunteers from your school/team can work with the
Great Shot team to contact certificate holders and schedule a time for their photo sitting. Typically, 3-4
family sittings are scheduled for each hour of the event. Any level of flexibility can be created with the
sitting dates and times. It can be done at the school, at a local park or even at home.

3. Finally, approximately two weeks later, previews or proofs of the portraits are made available to
clients. At this time families make their portrait selections, and place any additional orders they might
have.

4. After all orders and sales are finalized, the typical organization receives 50% of the net profits (that's
about 40% of the gross). It's that simple.
